Class Policies
Registration:
You can register for classes online with a credit card, in person at the shop, or call Piney Creek Yarn at 303-953-1697
Classes and workshops are subject to a minimum and a maximum number of students. Payment is required at registration to help predict an accurate class size.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are not able to attend a class or workshop before it begins:
- More than 48 hours prior to the beginning of class, you may request to transfer to another class (space available), hold the class fee as a store credit, or receive a refund as desired.
- There are no refunds or credits with less than 48 hours' notice.
- Normal product return policies apply.
A class or workshop may be canceled by the instructor due to not meeting the class minimum. In the event that the instructor cancels, all fees will be refunded, credited or transferred as directed by the student.
Every attempt will be made to notify you if a class or workshop is postponed or canceled. Please make sure we have your best contact information at the time of registration.
Class Policy:
Any required class or workshop purchases must be made from Piney Creek Yarn. You are welcome to use any hardware that you already own such as needles, hooks, and markers, but not yarn from your stash, please. All materials should be purchased and prepared prior to the start of the first class.
In the event that you must miss a class, any make-up time must be arranged with the instructor. Please note that any additional charges for make-up time is at the instructor’s discretion.
Materials, Homework, and Abilities:
Every attempt is made to have information available on the class web page stating required skills and materials, and if there is any work the instructor would like you to have prepared before the class or workshop begins. Please read the class description and additional information carefully before registering. Call the shop with any questions at 303-953-1697.
